Hi all, Since that now Windows Live Photo Gallery has been updated and disabled to view an Animated images or a GIF format file, so you won't be able to view your GIF format files with the default program in your PC, that's why i find and uploaded these for you all. With this, you just need to set the "default program" with the software you download from below to view a GIF format images. After the setting, to open a GIF file, you just need to double-click and you'll be able to view it anytime you would like to! Enjoy (;
